
Scott Redding graduated at MotoGP in 2014, just a year after Marc Marquez. He had fought against the Spaniard in the Junior categories.
The two riders competed at the middle level at 125cc and it was Redding who graduated at Moto2 for the first time in 2010.
He won the championship next season, with the rescue ending the fifth. This won Cervera’s ant a point in the Prime Minister’s class and immediately won the World Championship.
Redding arrived in 2014 on Honda satellite machinery. Later he would drive Ducati and Aprilia bikes, but failed to win a race before leaving the grid at the end of 2018.
