Scott Rescue thought that a rider’s move to MotoGP would be a “massive disaster”, now he has 23 depths

Scott Redding enjoyed five seasons in the top class of the Grand Prix race of the motorcycle.

Participating in MotoGP in 2014 with Gresini – who was then a Honda satellite team – Redding finished 12th in his debut. This would be the highest end of his career in the Prime Minister’s class.

The British moved to the Marc VDS racing team in 2015 and grabbed his first podium with the third in Misano. He reiterated this feat the following year when he moved to the Ducati Pramac satellite team, ending a third in Assen.

Redding struggled to find consistently after that, finishing 14th to 64 points in 2017. He returned to Gresini in 2018 – this time in April – but could only manage 20 points all the time before leaving MotoGP at the end of the season.

The 32 -year -old has since competed in the World Superbike World Championships after struggling to take the batuutromed in the top class. A year after his MotoGP debut, Jack Miller joined the LCR Honda grid – and Redding had serious doubts about Aussie.

Scott Rescue thought Jack Miller’s move on MotoGP would be a “huge disaster”

Miller made the jump from Moto3 to MotoGP after finishing the second in the first in 2014. Initially, the 30 -year -old struggled to find his feet, finishing 19th to 17th points in the championship season.

Speaking to Motorsport Republica, Redding recalled that Miller’s move would be a “massive disaster”: “I think it was Jack Miller who was one of the first to go from Moto3 [to MotoGP]“Hey said.

“I was like:” There is no way. It is not going to work. ” I was like: “There will be a huge disaster.”

“As I don’t know how he got his head around him. I know he’s wild enough, he’s out there.

Redding will eventually prove to be a mistake, as Miller has ever gone to draw four wins and 23 depths at MotoGP. Aussie recorded his best season in 2021 with Ducati, finishing fourth with 181 points.

Keith Huewen praised Jack Miller for Thailand’s Grand Prix

Now in the Yamaha Pramac satellite team, the 30 -year -old wants to bounce behind a difficult spell on KTM.

Miller is on a contract “proved this” at Pramac for 2025. Hey would probably have bones from the network if the Tuscany -based team did not offer him an agreement.

The expectations were low for 2025, but at the Grand Prix of Thailand, Miller impressed the YZR-M1 as he finished the 11th in the race. Aussie had learned as tall as sixth before falling back.

Keith Huewen influenced Miller’s excellent performance as he showed a significant sign of improvement by Yamaha. The Japanese manufacturer had a 2024 sad campaign, but clearly has a huge step forward in 2025.
