The 32-year-old went to win five more titles in the Premier Class (2014, 2016-2019), as it was almost unstoppable for more than 2010.

But the practice of duration for the Spanish Grand Prix of 2020 in Jerez, Marquez broke his right hand in a crash, excluding him for the whole season. When she returned, Honda had retreated dramatically.
The Spaniard struggled to find his feet again with the manufacturer and lost large parts of the next three years through constant failures. At the end of 2023, Marquez cut ties with Honda and headed for Ducati Gresini satellite.

Marc Marquez had a “doubt” of Ducati integration due to the “emotional bond” he created in Honda
Marquez’s mother told him that everything would “work” after his crash in Jerez. In 2024, the 32 -year -old eventually found form in Gresini.
Winning three matches and grabbing 10 depths, he finished third in the ranking behind Jorge Martin and Francesco Bagnaia. Marquez’s “Beastly Pull Pull” pulled Martin from the second Ducati plant for 2025.
But talk to Carbrando in front of the Argentine Grand Prix, the Spaniard admitted that he had a “doubt” to leave Honda. The “emotional bond” he had created for about 12 years was the “most difficult thing” to face after he decided to join Ducati.
“The Human Resources Team. This was the hardest thing or the one that made me doubt more.
“It was a team and it is a team that works with friends. I worked with engineers that … I worked with them for 12 years in a row.
“This is something that creates a relationship, a bond, inexplicable, a friendship. A relationship you can’t create in a month, in two. As in 12 years.
“But that was the hardest and then the emotional bond I still had with Honda because it was one of … well at the moment, the factory that gave me six world titles at MotoGP and I have this emotional appreciation for them.”

Marc Marquez’s delicate message to Francesco Bagnaia with 2025 Ducati helmet
While making a story in Honda, it was the right time for Marquez to move on to a new adventure in Ducati. In 2025, this decision is already proven to be the correct one.
The Spaniard enjoyed a perfect start in red life with a dominant weekend at the Grand Prix of Thailand. The 32 -year -old was excellent as he taught the position of the pole and won the sprint and the main race.
With the next two rounds in Argentina and Austin matching his riding style and Bagnaia’s teammate has no answer at the moment, Marquez is now the favorite for the title.
The six-time MotoGP champion has played the championship championships in 2025-but there could already be a mind game in the game. Scott Redding believes that Marquez sent Bagnaia a message with his helmet, stating that “this is my team” as he went with a red plan.
