Giacomo Agostini explains how Valentino Rossi accidentally helps Marc Marquez in Ducati

Marc Marquez enjoyed a perfect start to life at Ducati at the Grand Prix, Thailand. The Spaniard claimed the maximum spots in Buriram.

Taking on the pole, Marquez traveled to Sprint on Saturday in front of brother Alex Marquez and teammate Francesco Bagnaia. The first three did not change in the Grand Prix as the 32 -year -old claimed his first victory at Ducati Red.

Giacomo Agostini says Valentino Rossi gives Marquez ‘Motivation’ to equal to his nine titles

Driving with the Ducati factory team, Marquez has the best opportunity to win a seventh MotoGP title since he left Honda. The injury and reflux of the Japanese manufacturer have blocked the Spaniard from the last winning win in 2019.

Marquez could become the oldest MotoGP champion in 2025, lasts the record set by Valentino Rossi’s old enemy. The Ducati rider could also beat the fastest record of Laps of all time if he grabs 14 in 2025.

When Francesco Bagnaia has the “first chance” to beat Marc Marquez

While Marquez enjoyed a brilliant weekend in Thailand, it was a different story on the other side of the Ducati garage.

Bagnaia was blocked by Franco Morbidelli in practice that cost him a place in Q2. He fought back on P3 in Sprint, but was unable to challenge the Marquez brothers in front.

The Italian was quite anonymous in the Grand Prix, as he sacrificed no challenge for his teammate. Neil Hodgson thinks that Marquez Dalt Bagnaia is a “knockout hit” in Thailand, dominating the weekend.

The 28 -year -old tries to make the mistakes of 2024 and regain the MotoGP title after Jorge Martin’s loss by 10 points. But after a round in 2025, it is clear Marquez has the advantage in Ducati.

Argentina and Austin are two powerful pieces for Marquez, leaving his teammate against him. Sylvain Guintoli sees Qatar as Bagnaia’s “first opportunity” to beat the Spaniard – hopes to take the soner from it.
